This sounds like a something Éowyn would think of. Smells better than her other candle, "living in a townhouse with Faramir"
Well, after the war Eowyn and Faramir lived their lives in Emyn Arnen, a hilly region in the north of Ithilien. And given he was a captain of Gondor, I doubt their house was less than a manor.
