Real chat, people eat breakfast? I normally just have coffee and stress to keep me going til I go home

I don't eat breakfast or have coffee most mornings. If I got less than 5 hours of sleep I might pick up an iced coffee, or just make a hot coffee at home if I don't have much money. Breakfast I only eat if I'm unsure I'll be able to eat lunch

I used to get a coffee and a chocolate muffin or a croissant or something when I got into the office. Pretty certain that's what's destroyed my gut health tbh.
