Why the hell do city even want rice. They already have rodri as the main CDM. Stones has also transitioned to the midfield role. They have just brought kovacic to replace gundogan and have Kalvin Phillips chilling in the background. Where exactly would rice fit in

But that's kind of where we're at with all of the big clubs in the Premier League. All of them easily have tens of millions of dollars on the bench, some of them 100 million.
