https://github.com/keiyoushi/extensions I found this external repo. you guys might take a look

Fresh install, it works! Extensions are required to be "trusted" but other than that everything seems to be in the same place.

Sadly, some of mangas are missing. So, I need to redownload the mangas again

Do you need to reinstall the extensions for this? I can't get it to work with TachiyomiSY. Edit: maybe some extra context: TachiyomiSY is still attempting to fetch stuff from the removed repo, even though I've added the new one, so it still fails.
