If you're enjoying it and it's not stressing you out then you don't have to. There's no right way to relax, if it works for you then great.
If you want it out of your head while on holiday, book an activity that's active and something you haven't done before so you focus on that instead.
More generally you could do more crosswords or jigsaw puzzles to focus your mind on something else maybe?
