I'm sorry, my defrosted Thai curry has sweet potato in it. The purple skinned kind, no less. Those silly orange ones could go up in price, but I want purple skinned ones (and even more so the white skinned purple fleshed ones) to remain affordable.

Omg steaming the purple sweet potatoes with skin on until it’s nice and soft then taking out and pulling off the skin and just eating is delish!

Yessss so comforting in the mornings. Jazz it up with a bit of chilli+onion+lime sambal and grated coconut, and you've got a banger of a breakfast. You can't beat steamed sweet potatoes, best way to cook em

I cannot believe I have never seen this masterpiece before. I am now hungry for more of the sweet potat.
