r/vitapiracy still remains it seems. Good thing Sony does not give a shit about the console.
Sony could not care less about the vita and it's a damn shame how they abandoned the system so quickly. I love my modded vita!
Can a modded vita only be used for games or has it become more general purpose? All i know about it is that its a console. I suppose i should just take a look at the sub....
It has become general purpose, though the tiny amount of RAM it has poses limits. It has manga readers, book readers, music players etc.
It can do an awful lot. Besides what Ninmi said, it can also emulate a lot of systems, play Doom, Quake (1 through 3), Hexen2, Tyrian, lots of old school FPS games, Diablo 1, and the list goes on. It's quite the system.
