It's the most famous mantra from the Heart Sutra.
“Gone gone, all the way over, gone to the other shore of enlightenment.”
If you have ever watched or read Monkey and Journey to the West this is shown by the pilgrims sailing to the other shore of a river in a bottomless boat.
One of the pilgrims, the real life person Tripitaka, wrote this sutra.
