The world can be a pretty strange place, but it's good to look back and find at least one thing that was good to you today. Be that a nice conversation, a cool picture you saw, a song you heard... whatever! But if you didn't find anything good today, here's your sign: go do one thing for you, right now. Even if its just a moment of peace, take it and make it your good thing for the day.

I went on my first long OneWheel ride! It doesn't come naturally to me - my balance is terrible and I had a couple of embarrassing bails - but overall I really enjoyed it and I'm excited to ride more.
