Mine has to be a toss up between Rise of the Resistance and the Incredicoaster.

Rise for the experience overall and technology on display
Incredicoaster for the thrill and excitement of moving at such a fast velocity.

Pirates, old but gold. A great way to rest ones feet for a good 25 mins, cool and relaxing. The loading area swamp along BB is one of my favorite spots in the park.
