This reminds me of an idea I head a few years ago, and I still think it's a great idea, I just don't know how to do it. I wanted to take rum that was made in Wales and put THC in it. There's a dragon on the Welsh flag, and rum and THC make cannabis-infused rum. That's why I wanted to call it "Dragon Cum" and put dragon porn on the label.
Well, there are readily available tinctures now. Drop as much as you want into the rum.

I have some from 3chi, I'm in the states in GA. 20mg(says 20 on front, 25mg on back, not sure why) delta 9 per bottle, 58ml bottle. Falls under the .3% rule, so legal.
You could try putting some buds in rum, boil it, then strain. It needs to be a pretty fine strainer, unless you want to eat flower. It'll become green, but that can't be helped unless you find some or make some sort of extract.
It's called a cannabis tincture, or, colloquially, green dragon. I made some with Everclear like the insane fox-hyena thing that I am. Anyways, good luck.
