That may or may not have participated in the time honoured qld police tradition of picking up aboriginal youth and dumping them in the middle of nowhere to walk home.
An ex cop that other cops left cans of dog food on his desk.
Because he is a dog.
That's why he looks like a thumb. Thumb looking people are more likely to become cops.
Is he one of the "thinking he's the Master Race while looking like a rat" kind of person?
