I found a good OpenSource translator for the Desktop (Win and Linux). It use several engines, by default LibreTranslate, but also Google, Bing, Yandex and Lingva, also OCR and Text2Voice. It translate on and offline selected text with customizable fast keys. Very fast and lightweight. Correcting with this my other post, where I only searched Browser extensions, there are certainly no real valid FOSS translators
