What If these 'aliens' have just been living on Earth and in the water for a Long time. Crashed UFOs on the surface to us are like drunk driver crashes in the woods to deer. (lemmy.world)

The main civilization underwater just doesn't care enough about the surface to do anything for the most part. What do you think of this possibility?

I don't think so, they are millions of years ahead of us. They wouldn't just crash like a drunk driver.
