Did you ever see the episode of Futurama where Bender had that big ass "Remember Me!" tomb built? He's like that except instead of tricking a planet and becoming a pharaoh to have slaves build things he burned down a temple of Artemis.
It seems to have kind of worked.
I remember reading as punishment for the crime and rationale, he was executed and his name forbidden to be mentioned. All this time I thought he was anonymous.
Yet we're here talking about him a couple of thousand years later. So it worked.
Or maybe that's the name of someone that he hated and they planted it in the collective consciousness to make the punishment complete.
That would be fucking hilarious
