Hello, of course I can help you with this riddle

First, you put the hotdogs in your pocket and transport one wolf over the river

Then you go back with the hotdogs, but no passangers

You then leave the hotdogs at the starting location and bring the second wolf and the weed to the other side

Finally, you go back, take the hotdogs, and bring them over the river
