My girlfriend planted sunflowers in that pot but something else started growing. We can't identify it. Can you help?

Looks like Urtica.

Usually grows at the side of roads and in forests in my area.
Should this be it, it's not toxic and can even be brewed as a tea if I am not mistaken.
That post is old lol. But yes, they're nettles or urtica.
Didnt even notice the age. Was just browsing some plant communities and noticed a plant I knew looked alike :D
