It's lollies and fondant and bought icing roses. I just put them I'm their spots. But it does look good.

Still the fondant went on smooth and stayed in place without bubbling, thin spots or tearing. And the decorations are on firmly with no leaking of royal icing or sliding down. Technique and stuff

It slid backwards a bit on the car ride. So much for the back seat passengers keeping an eye on it! But it was unscathed just a bit further back on the board. She loved it too.
