I have a nokia g-140w-h that was provided by my ISP.

Recently I upgraded my plan to 1Gbit speed What do I do if I want to use Wifi6E, what router should i buy? Can my nokia g-140w-h connect with a 6e router?

Be warned that 6E, at least in the US, is purposely gimped re: range/broadcast power right now. Until the FCC sorts out the AFC rules, every consumer 6E router is broadcasting 6 GHz at low power. You'll see much lower range versus 5 GHz over 80MHz or even 160 MHz channel width.

Are you upgrading to see more throughput via wireless, now that you've upgraded to Gigabit ISP speeds? You can achieve what you're looking for with a good WiFi 6 option easily AND have more range. Unless you're specifically trying to offload something high throughput to 6E/6Ghz.
