Can say ADM is good in my experience though I have yet to figure out how to get the built-in ad-block to work.
1DM+ is easily the best one. But unfortunately, it's proprietary. Among open source apps, I think Navi is the best one.
1dm+ and Seal
+1 for 1dm+ , it has torrent support too. I purchased the pro version using credit from my google opinion rewards.
1DM+ works pretty well.
