Pretty much any static page created with Hugo will work. There are some really nice blogging themes/templates for it. RSS is included, but for comments you will need some external software.

I like using a static site generator. You can host it for free on places like github, gitlab or if you are conscious about privacy, codeberg. But this is because I am more into tinkering with static site generators rather than writing.
Zola is wonderful.
It's blazing fast and easy to use for me. And the best thing is that it is written in Rust (like Lemmy :D)
(Self hosted) Wordpress is a classic choice. There is even an ActivityPub plugin.
