FYI the video is fucking terrifying .. I saw it on tiktok right after it happened. Everyone is running away, which is what you're supposed to do from a knife attack, but it's awful to hear the victim plead for help as he is literally running for his life.
Again, the right course of action when threatened by a knife is to run but still part of me wondered if enough people could have banded together to help make a difference.
I know it's super dangerous and someone could be maimed or killed trying to help. It's just... Idk, hearing someone on my train screaming for help would make me want to try. Ugh. Terrible situation to be in for all involved.
I hope he recovers well, and I hope they catch his attacker.
