Rules

  1. try to label triggering content and hide it behind a spoiler. In general at least make sure you hide mentions of suicide, self harm, violence, and sexual content.
  2. Don't discuss specific plans to injure or kill yourself or others. Discussion of general ideation is acceptable. Got something AWFUL to say? Try c/VoidScreaming
  3. Avoid requesting or giving medical advice beyond personal experience. Describing how you personally managed a medication side effect, for instance, is fine.

See a psychiatrist and a psychologist.

Most therapists in my part of the country just get an online certificate or some shit and are only good for depression or anxiety but take on others for no good reason

See a psychiatrist for meds no one else. They are the only qualified individuals for prescribing meds for people with this disorder no matter what others might say

I have dyslexia, but I've found that if you get a good group of friends to play with and use discord to chat it's a lot more manageable.
