Hello everyone, I have a question in terms of AVR durability. I have SR5003 which according to manual can handle 8 ohm and 6 ohm speakers. And I have Triangle Borea BR08 speakers which are certified as 8 ohm speakers but in quite wide area of freq are dipping down to even 3 ohm. So far I have noticed that after long listen Marantz os a little hot. I don't know if it is too hot for what is called standard.

My worries are if this configuration can harm AVR or speakers?. Is it only harmful at high volume?

Should I look for amp that can take 4 ohm speakers like e.g. Marantz SR5009?
