Our living room TV has an antenna attached for local channels, connected in the back of the TV, with the cable fed through the ceiling up to the attic where the antenna sits. When I power on my office home pc, the picture becomes pixelated and unwatchable. The office is across a hallway from the living room. I have a work pc on the desk as well and it does not affect the reception. I have tried different power outlets and have switched between wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Any ideas? Link to video included.
