Currently i'm using a pretty new TCL TV and a pretty old Samsung soundbar.
What this means is that i have three remotes, one for the TV, one for the streaming box, one for the soundbar. My goal is to get this down to at least two remotes by controlling the soundbar with either the TV or the streaming box remote.
However, i have absolutely no idea what the best setup is, or how to do it. If i had a samsung TV it'd be easy, but does anyone know what some options are? Is it worth it to just.. use the TV speakers? Will the difference be all that much? Its a band new TCL TV which apparently has a built in subwoofer and all that stuff anyway.
As a second question, i'm looking at maybe upgrading the soundbar anyway to a surround sound system, but i can't put cables across the room - unfortunately - and i was wondering if all those wifi/bluetooth sound systems were any good?
Thanks!
