What does the league need to do to help fill the stands during games? (self.cfl)

Sure, TV ratings are up. But half full stands isn't a great look for the league for fans watching on TV when it happens game after game (aside from Saskatchewan I suppose). Aside from the fact that in a gate driven league this has long term consequences.

What needs to happen to help get people to go and watch the game live?

If I could get a really affordable package involving game tickets and a hotel, I might go for it. I'd have to travel to see a game so a hotel would be a must.
