With WatchIT Marketplace, we plan to let creators utilize our toolchain to create, monetize and promote their content. Creators will be able to upload their films, series, documentaries, and even static content like comics. Distributors and collectors alike can buy this content and re-distribute without intermediaries. WatchIT will use the same blockchain and NFT technology to make this innovation happen, much like the financial technologies mentioned above. In addition, connections between creators, distributors, and even viewers will be strengthened and incentivized.

Oh boy. No thank you

You're not the legal audience of this paragraph. Why does that make you worried as a user? a) nft doesn't encrypt media, its an ownership proof and b) if you cut off copyright holding companies with this you'll do good for the artists.

How do you cut off copyright holding companies with this? The copyright will still be with the artist.

Because it takes some of the responsibility of the big companies from them and gives them to the artist. An artist can then prove ownership, publish and earn money for it (ideally)

How? They can do so already

Hmm I would think its much harder. So you think the above statement is for someone other than a suspicious prosecutor?
