I thought they took that option away. When I was transferring my subscriptions over to an RSS reader, I had to go to the source code of every subscription page and get the url from the page source. I whipped up a quick bash script so it wasn't too bad, but still. Would have been nice to just get the list.

Ugh that's so annoying. Super inconvenient barrier to entry. :/ Doesn't mean I'm not gonna do it though. lol
@AstralPath No I recently did this with no issues. You need to make sure the subscriptions is checked. All YouTube or Google Takeout are downloaded as zip files. Folder structure name of the zip - Takeout - YouTube and YouTube Music (or maybe just YouTube) - subscriptions - and the subscriptions.csv file is in there. If you don't see this then you didn't do it right.
For me, I had to switch from my personal account to my YouTube brand account before doing the export.
