The Sun never sets on the French Empire. (Literally. There's always some part of France that's in daylight.)

And I'm a little disappointed that we finally made peace with the Canadians. It was running up to be one of the longest wars ever, with each country alternating to jovially plant a flag a bottle of spirits. Politest war in the history of mankind!
