I heard this on the TV broadcast today. It's because apple has bought exclusive rights to the TV broadcast of Friday's game. The SN radio broadcast will still be available, as usual in these situations.

They also announced that Ohtani is NOT starting on Friday as well

Yeah, he's now pitching in a double-header for the Halos on Thursday - so he's not pitching while he's in Toronto period.

For those that aren't aware, there is a free 7 day trial available if you haven't previously used it. I would also recommend it personally, there's lots of great content available if that's your thing(please watch Ted Lasso), and it's way cheaper than Netflix or Crave. That being said I totally understand not wanting to subscribe to another streaming service. Free trial for those who haven't used it will let those people watch the game though!

Just watched first season of Ted Lasso and really don’t see what the hype is all about..

It was better during the pandemic when everything was doom and gloom

Severence is really good, too. It starts off slowly but the payoff is worth it! I just hope the strikes don't kill Season 2...

Severance might actually be my favourite new show. I don't even know if I'd say it starts slow, my first watch through I killed it in a day because I had to know what happened next.
