The most frustrating part of fixing this vertigo is that I have to purposely make myself dizzy. It's an awful feeling but I have to fix it before work on Tuesday.

Spewing that I’m not in great physical condition now and can’t really garden. Seed libraries are around if anyone wants to try it.

Also I’m not sure of the heavy metal in the soil (the tested map sites on either side vary) so I’d have to do raised beds which don’t move house well. And if I went outside the furry baby would either be crying inside or follow me out and take the chance to abscond. Melbcat’s a fully indoor kitty now.

I know that leafy veg have shallow roots and require less light so maybe that’s a go, window box inside. Maybe more cat grass. Paris Market carrots are also very short and round for containers, I think root veg also need less light than fruiting plants. But I have to fork out more for either self watering pots or watering spikes for bottles because I’m not going to remember.

It all adds up at Bunnings 💸 But I’m just trying to think of something constructive but not overwhelming while I feel like shit

Apparently if I use my PC at the same time as my heater the circuit breaker trips

Stir fry turned out great! A bit too much vermicelli, but all in all quite tasty and I feel great afterwards :)

i shall have wings with lettuce and rice, and then go sleep.

productivity can wait.

Was at an afternoon screening of Barbie only for the projector to die just before the final ending! Now I’m trying to find out how the film ended…

Kind of hoping for climate change to result in what happened in The Day After Tomorrow. Can I be stuck in a flooded, frozen city, in a library, and get naked with a hottie to keep warm? I'm looking forward to re-enacting that hot af scene tbh

there is no need to wait till the apocalypse to do that

People can get things very wrong. Have a look at the bozo answers. Australian slang I get that you might never have heard it. It doesn't mean the op is wrong though.

People enjoy shitting on others to make themselves feel superior. It's gross. I have not heard of 'gig' in that context, but I didn't grow up in every single state, city, and town in Aus simultaneously. OP is just trying to the slang-etymology for that usage, doesn't mean they're wrong. Netizens can be so cuntish.

Product recommendation: image: Bull's-eye Carolina Reaper and Black Garlic hot sauce. It's the hottest sauce I've ever bought from a non-specialty shop. It's also insanely tasty, and a little goes a long way. Available at Woolies for $4.75. side note: I do not recommend their less spicy bourbon infused one - not very tasty.
