What do you mean once already do you think this post is a transgression worthy of another ban? As I recall this user got a seven day ban for stepping on "rule #2" - although the entry in the modlog has been removed.

All this user does is just spam misinformation about the conflict.

I'd say "misinformation" is not the right word - just because its at odds with the ones you post.

It's at odds with what every single military person has to say about the situation. Meanwhile, Ukrainian claims have been demonstrated to be false time and again, Snake Island being a prime example.
