Buy a kebab. Really not much you can do with $15.
That's just enough to buy my wife and I ice cream cones at the best place in town and leave enough of a tip that we don't feel like we're being cheap. Date night sorted!

I'd just buy 30 dollars right away.
Save it until I can afford to spend it in a 3rd world country for at least 5x the return value
