Just go in to work, repeat the motions. Being outside the house helps with depression, and you can accrue sick/vacation days for later. Treat it like a game where you gotta maximize your points. Because yea, the anxiety of not working during work hours will kill you if you're not doing something else that occupies your entire mental state.
