How can you create a software that works only on Linux distros. But can't make a Windows bootable usb.

There are a lot of apps to create a Windows bootable USB. Garbage only the big companies which create FOSS (to spy and track the user), like Google, MS, Facebook, Amazon..., these are which don't represent the OpenSource community. Not fair to injure a dev who create an app. If this guy don't use Windows, he can't create an app for this OS. How?

you fucking removed. Tell me how to make bootable usb on ubuntu? I want to remove this garbage. They purposely lock people down into Linux. As if we are going to stay.
