Housing Bubble 2: Return of the Ugly

Back before the all webpages and cell phones, a good real estate agents offered value to both the buyer and seller. Between publications, pictures, constant phone tag with land lines, etc., they did a significant amount of work for each sale.

Today they don't do nearly as much and expect to get the same cut. There are still a few professionals out there but they are rare.

It's a dumpster fire of an industry.
