I mean you could interpret it as "100% of normal pulp content/No pulp removed" or you could interpret it as "This container contains only pulp and nothing else"
I took it to be “100% of whatever gets removed in making it pulp free”
Fun fact, all packaged orange juice starts out pulp free and then pulp is added back in for the homestyle varieties.

I figured it’d be the orange without the juice.
I don't mind pulp but it looks like he's pouring toenail clippings into that glass.... so I'd probably skip that brand
