I updated the Chinese language translation file zh.json, please add developers to the new version of lemmy.

This document is translated from en.json, and the original zh.json part is revised. There are still errors, and the translation will continue to be updated in the future.

Could you use either the weblate, or do a pull request for these? Our weblate is at https://weblate.yerbamate.ml/projects/lemmy/lemmy/

I just updated and translated this file on my phone. As for adding it to the project, you need to do it. I cannot open that website. Sorry.
