The Bloomington city council seems dysfunctional as all get-out. I wonder what's going on over there.

Councilmember Stosberg responded to the Mayor in her last Council report on Wednesday. The IDS covered it.

In her report, Stosberg cited the specific requirements in code for HPC appointments which the Mayor’s attempted appointment did not meet.
