Nice! Mine always end up stained. What kind of nutrients do you use?

I’m using Advanced nutrients, the master line. I also add some extra microbes and use their carboload as well.

This is the first full run on it, I had to switch brands slightly into flower last grow.

I believe the staining would come from humic acid, seaweed extracts and pumic(?). In hydro and especially aero you want to avoid some stuff over others. In aero you want to avoid humic specifically as it will clog the aerosolizers.

For what it’s worth, you can see some red build up starting on the pvc joint, so it’s not perfect either, but that’s what the sensizym and microbes are for, eats the bad stuff and makes good stuff.

Edit, and sorry the ph perfect 3 part base part.

Thanks for the info! I’m pretty new at this, but just finished an auto DWC grow. I’m always looking to learn and improve.

Shouldn't it be called broth, in the context of ramen? 😋

I got a report on this post with comment "illegal substance". I'm leaving it up for two reasons:

  1. Duh
  2. Are you fucking kidding me

Please do not abuse reports, this is a cannabis based community. It's up to you to follow the law in your own jurisdiction.
