I imagine it has received more views, attention, and longevity than a video of him competently making a toasted cheese sandwich would have. Whether deliberately made badly or a genuine stuff up who knows.
I like to think he just is so confident in his abilities he legit finished and was like, fuck I made the shit out of that grilled cheese innit
I saw this years ago and to date I cannot explain how a man with so much culinary knowledge and skill could fuck up such a simple dish this badly.
At least I can say.... man's got balls for leaving this video up.

My prep is similar with lots of butter on the outside of some Daves Killer Bread, season some garlic powder on that bitch…
This is of course while the bacon is cooking on the foreman grill.
Put some thick slices of cheddar on each side, then the cooked bacon on each side, then another slice of cheddar in between when you put the two halves together.
Cook it up on the same foreman grill you just cooked the bacon on till the cheese melts… 🤌
