Yes, bring up electoral reform when you see your representatives, stage protests and inform others about proportional representation.

Won't do anything. And even if we have a referendum I don't think it well pass. Look at how many times it has failed in BC.

Proportional representation rarely happens through referendums. Most countries got theirs through multiparty support.
