Bloons TD6 From Epic games Stuck at Loading screen (It was free from a sale ) (lemm.ee)

hello i am trying to run Bloons TD6 Which is a game with platinum rating but when i try loading into a game it its stuck at the loading screen and multiplayer/online play throws up salt must be 8 bytes long(The solutions online are releated to Java and the game use unity???) I tried Cachyos-wine Cachyos-Proton and Proton-ge and lutris and bottles am also making this post incase any other game didnt work

Have you tried using Heroic Games Launcher? Personally I find it's the best launcher for GoG and Epic Game Store games

I haven’t played it in 6 months, but when I did it was on Steam and worked OOB.

Oh Alr thanks, But am gonna try other comments ideas first and if there is no fix then yeah am going to sail the seas

Nah But i only tried just die already it works perfectly fine am saying just incase other games get the same issue i could use the fixes people provide on that other problematic game

How about give the $4 to the developer of the game on steam and play it.

Honstly fair criticism but ngl i dont wanna spend some money on the game when i already have it on epic games but i cannot play it on linux and it has issues and i cannot by any steam credits rn.

Epic game store doesn't count imo, as soon as fortnite dies the store will close and you will lose your purchases , they lose so much money operating it and it sucks compared to steam, no achievements etc. Fortnite is the only thing floating that company, unless they get a new CEO, its just a matter of time.

i didnt try wine-ge yet but prob later
