Under Trump logic that any country that has a trade deficit is taking advantage of US and must submit harder to US, surely giving power to a nazi ethnostate that doesn't control US politicians (Israel is special), but sucks up US budget resources is ineligible/untrustable to be included in a mutual protection alliance with US.

EU can choose/double down on its pathetic colonial subservience by being unsupported in its war on Russia, while Ukraine is sold more to Blackrock, and EU spends more on US weapons and energy.

As democracy fetishists, they deserve what they "choose".

Yes, cancelling that would be a great step to ensure endless war, while maintaining it will help end wars.

As a war fetishist, it makes sense if you want more war.

The war's purpose is purely to let Ukraine continue to aspire to NATO membership and to host US missile bases. Ukraine can aspire to peaceful prosperity, with Russia's blessing, without such aspirations, that ironically, have no credible path to being achieved anyway. Who the fuck wants nazi vermin within their "purely defensive alliance"?

OP does describe stopping support of Ukrainian nazi evil, as "pivot to China war" opportunity. So endless war mission is still on the plate, even if losing wars are abandonned early instead of milking them for more weapons boondoggles. But war on China is stupid for its own reasons, that can be addressed on their own, without considering the waste of empowering Russia's military production growth.

OP is article author. Purpose of war is to spend on US weapons to diminish Russia, or if loss, empower Russia military production to boost US weapons production.
