Personally, more memes. Sometimes I just want to aimlessly scroll and have a few laughs.

More jocularity in general would be nice. I love politics, philosophy and technology but not everything needs to be so serious.
Anything that has to do with Central Asia. It's not just Lemmy, but it's simply a neglected part of the world that people might find out that they like if they looked into it.
I guess Asians have their own platforms and don't really visit sites like reddit or lemmy which are mostly used by Europeans and Americans. I guess their very different writing and China blocking access to many popular platforms play a huge role in this
Hi I'm from Asia โข๏ธ and that's a misconception. We're not all from China btw.
Also I'm sure Chinese have some methods for using Reddit, Twitter etc.
Its pretty easy to use a VPN from what I heard. But most people dont care because there are lots of Chinese websites.
i just made an account to comment on posts i like, and help grow the userbase be one : )
Thank you! :D
I'm also definitely a commenter more than a poster. That's exactly what I was on Reddit too.
[email protected] - Nobody but me is posting stuff. Only three subscribers.
Same with me on [email protected] with 2 subscribers. All though I don't know much about agile so I'll mostly bring stuff over from Reddit ๐
Wtf, was there a subscriber of this???
Is there one of The Owl House?
Yes there are 2, 2 whole subscribers :D No there isn't one for The Owl House, I could make one but finding stuff to share on r/theowlhouse is difficult. It's mostly Lumity junk. I want to make one for Infinity Train at some point tho.
BTW, I will check about Infinity Train. I don't know that series.
Sad ;-;
Ok fine I will look again to see if there is anything to post :)
wallstreetbets! (lol)
More seriously, across the board...
sure why not :D
It has no subreddit so take that one as a challenge
(half joking lol, that's the community a friend made for a language i made)
/c/voidlinux
You all should switch to Void Linux and start posting there.
Dude there is more than enough Linux content. This is to diversify the content.
I've been trying to keep up on recent chapters and episodes of Attack on Titan on [email protected] by basically cross-posting the discussion threads and leaks from Reddit, where the community is very active and well organized. Unfortunately, I don't exactly produce art/other content myself and I haven't thought up of other ways to spark discussions as of yet. In hindsight, making a community for an anime series which is almost at the end is probably not the wisest decision I've made, but here I go, with some shameless self-promo.
Those types of communities have a place. People often discover or start watching shows late but still wish to discuss their thoughts and feelings and memes. It may be low volume but that's okay too.
That is a good point. Ultimately, it's there for the people who feel passionate about it and want to express something.
Thank you for your service mate :) I same is the case with [email protected] on me since I can't produce original content either.
