I need an explanation for this atrocity.
This is an informal settlement and all those connections were likely done illegally or at least by the inhabitants themselves individually.
If I was the plumber called out to that mess, that would be the day I quit.

community driven (initially), a mess but still functional compared to "better" version, forever modifyable by the community unlike corporate network. mess to love (so yes what u said)
this is why I want utilitys to not be legal monopolies. Things like this look so cool and there should be policies supporting dystopian architecture.
I wanna live in a place like this. It looks chill. And if it's not, then I wanna be proven wrong first-hand.
