Inspired by other discussions here and elsewhere and examples like this I decided to make a plan for disaster recovery.

I wanted to cover scenarios like completely loosing all my physical on-site tech - including phone, wallet etc. I also wanted it to be the place for my wife or other close family to start in case of something happening to me.

The plan is found here and I also wrote a blog post explaining a bit more of what is happening.

The tl;dr: is gpg private keys on physical Yubikeys to unlock publically hosted data blobs.

Hopefully someone finds this useful, and feedback is very welcome!
