My grandma, my poor innocent grandma who has struggled with her weight for years got an "ad" for a weight loss pill that was created with ai to look like a clip where the news reporters on one news were talking about how incredible it is. She spent $400. She's going to call her bank to see if she can dispute it, and considering that the company created an illegal ad I'm sure she'll get the money back - but she's devastated.
