What about paying the volunteers who help facilitate races in the pinnacle of motorsport?
Being paid for your work should really professionalize the sport and set the tone.

MODERATORS
The Midfield F1 podcast recently had an episode with a track marshall and he explained that whilst the pro series (e.g. F1) don't pay the more local events do pay the marshalls, also marshalls do get freebies at the pro events like camping and stuff. The guy seemed pretty chill about not being paid since he's getting access to F1 for free.
They need a full team of surveillance experts to catch any swear word uttered over a given weekend so they can administer race bans accordingly. Makes sense.
